After an employer chooses an on-campus interview date, Career Services will post the job description, collect targeted resumes, and send the batch of resumes electronically to the employer. Employers then select the students they would like to interview, send our office the candidate list, and we schedule the appointments. On the day of the interview, the employer’s company representative comes to our convenient midtown campus at Lincoln Center to interview the students.

Career Services will provide employers the services listed above regardless of whether you want to recruit on or off campus. If On-Campus Recruiting does not fit your needs or schedule, we will work with employers to set up interviews at their offices.

Companies and alumni that participate in our Recruiting Program often choose to hold a Corporate Information Session on the Fordham Graduate School of Business campus to meet interested students and offer an overview of their organizations. We advertise the event to our school, provide the event space, and offer the use of audiovisual equipment - all at no charge. Catering service is available for an extra fee.
